Time Warner...Email Problems??

We have Time Warner in Buffalo NY and I've noticed more email timeouts
in the last week or two than the previous year or two.

Not sure if it has anything to do with Time Warner taking over on
8/1/06 or it's just a coincidence!!!???


PS: Anyone know if Time Warner has a Usenet group similar to this one?
(I didn't see any....)

I'm in the Buffalo area too and for me, the time outs were starting shortly
before 8/1. And even when it doesn't time out, it seems awfully slow in
connecting and getting the messages.

Not sure that adds anything to the conversation, but there ya have it.

Yep, same here.

And this morning, I discovered that EVERY users.adelphia.net website is
OFFLINE!

BTW, to improve DNS lookup performance, I have switched to these:

4.2.2.1
209.244.0.3

I will probably be switching ISPs soon too, if this keeps up.
